Inkfish is one of the UK's largest and most successful fulfilment companies. They're hugely experienced, and their track record of producing great results for their clients should be sufficient persuasion for anyone needing services of this type.

If only the world were that simple.
Inkfish has exceptional expertise in mailing systems and a superbly innovative approach. But with the best will in the world that's not in itself particularly compelling for clients. It's the result of those innovations and resources that are the persuasive factor.
So part of our task in developing this presentation has been to extract the compelling arguments and make them immediately accessible to audiences. We've used some great design and most of Configurative's unique features to deliver the product, but it's the presentation of the core message that produces the results Inkfish were looking for.

We felt that it all distills down to one thing: Inkfish brings you closer to your customer. Royal Mail and its competitors have introduced a bewildering range of services that actually obscure the target from the non-specialist direct marketer. Inkfish removes that complication and so restores ease of communication.
The strange thing is that, when you present Inkfish's complex proposition in the light of this fact, it ceases to be complex.
If you'd like to look at some of the technical wizardry behind the presentation, take a look at the boxes on the right.

Managing the Modules Inkfish customise their Configurative presentation using the built-in Module Manager. It allows them to add, remove and re-order the presentation modules to create an exactly relevant presentation in a few seconds. Embedding a customer's logo to personalise a presentation takes a few seconds - the system automatically sizes and positions it correctly. Each custom presentation can be saved and recalled at the click of a button, and they can be copied to colleagues via a compact (around 10K) e-mail file. Copying the custom presentation to a memory stick or CD is handled by the packaging system. This collects all the necessary files and packages them for handover to the customer. It even creates the Autorun file so that the presentation runs automatically when the customer inserts the CD. |

Up-to-the-Minute Case Studies One nightmare of maintaining a presentation is keeping the case studies up to date. And that's a real tragedy, because it's usually your most recent project that you're most proud of. The Inkfish presentation includes a Case Study Wizard that allows them to stay bang up-to-date without needing to refer back to us for updates. The image importer allows them to include a picture gallery of any size, with explanatory text for each image. There's even a built-in word-processor to format the text, or import ready-made text from Microsoft Word® or Word Perfect® |
