Take only what you need

All this capability doesn't mean extra complexity and expense. We build in only those features you ask for, so you're not over-burdening your people with a new learning curve or draining the budget for stuff you don't need.

If things change, we can drop in new functionality at any time without having to go back to the beginning.

It uses realistic, dummy data to bring the functionality to the presentation without the complexity of connecting to a live system.

working the numbers

Can you see this at the back?
Figures on a blackboardNumbers can be a great persuader. If you want to make a pitch based on extra profit or cost savings, it's great to be able to prove your point.

Should you be taking the tablets?

Imagine bigger

Tablet Animation PowerPoint's a great tool, but it's frustrating when its limitations stifle your creativity. I've developed Configurative over years of producing presentations for my clients. Since the mid-nineties in fact. Now with several hundred great presentations under its belt, it's proved itself as a purpose-built presentation system that lets you do pretty much anything you can imagine.

The examples here show you a few of the boundaries we've pushed back. So if you've got a final frontier, we're ready to boldly go.

flexibility vs. consistency

TNT Fashion Group Title ScreenYour corporate presentation looked terrific when it was first completed. But the sales force have had it for a few months now. So now the fonts and designs are all over the place, everyone's presenting a different story, and where did that Billy Connolly sound file come from?

Of course, you could commission a locked-down bespoke presentation, but then you can't change anything. Surely there has to be a middle way.

There is. It's called Configurative. And I built it specifically to answer this problem. Then I had a few other ideas.

don't change anything - except...

Configurative Presentation ManagerWhile locking a presentation from any editing at all keeps it pure and looking the way you intended, it's not practical when things insist on changing. And how do you target your pitch to the topics that'll interest an individual audience?

Most presentations consist of a number of topics, each one of which might occupy one or several screens. We start by breaking up these topics into individual modules. We build each module for you so that it exactly matches your corporate ID, and it can contain any mix of animation, live data, 3D graphics, video, or pretty much anything else you can think of.

The Configurative Presentation Manager gives you easy, intuitive drag-and-drop control over your presentations. You can embed your customer's logo, include, exclude and re-order modules in a few seconds, and save your presentations for later use, modification, or sharing with your colleagues.

The flexibility's there, but your brand and message are completely protected.

In the video above, Daniel shows how easy all this is. Configurative makes it that simple

custom and practice

TNT Custom Module With a well-selected bank of fixed modules, you shouldn't often find you need anything completely bespoke. But it does happen, so the Custom Module Editor is there to fill the gaps.

Just like the fixed modules, custom modules can contain as many screens as you like, making them mini-presentations in their own right. You can put almost anything you like in there, from simple bullet points to those superb visuals your design people are so good at producing. But the Configurative system keeps it all in line with the overall presentation design, keeping control over fonts, customer logos and everything else you need for consistency.

You can restrict access to any of Configurative's features if you want to be sure that only authorised people can make changes.

Here's Daniel to show you how a Custom module goes together.

leave it all behind

Package presentation imageYou've made a great presentation. Everyone's looking impressed. What's the next question they ask?

"Could you leave us a copy of your presentation?"

We-ell...

You can give them a copy of your PowerPoint. Which anyone can edit*. Which includes the workings behind your figures. Which will work properly only if they have the same version of PowerPoint as you use.

Of course, you could use PowerPoint's Pack and Go feature. But anyone who's tried it knows how hit and miss that is.

The Configurative presentation packager quickly gathers everything together - including any information you've gathered during the presentation - and quickly copies it to a memory stick, or sets it up for burning to CD or DVD. Images, videos, logos, fonts, everything's in place. And it's so secure that, if you want to lock it down, even I  can't edit it. And I built it.

Let's get Daniel to show you:

* A lot of people think saving your presentation as a .PPS protects it from editing. Not so, you can still open and amend it in PowerPoint. Most versions allow you to set a password, which anyone can crack by downloading a free Microsoft Office password cracker from the Internet. Sorry, but PowerPoint was never designed to be secure.
